COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR AURORA SHORES

In addition to easement for utilities, storm drainage, right of entry, and any other public or quasi-public covenant or restriction of record, the following are restrictions of record which do and are intended to run with the land:

NOW THEREFORE, the real property herein conveyed, and such additions thereto as may hereafter be made pursuant to Article II hereof, is and shall be held, transferred, sold conveyed and occupied subject to the covenants, restrictions, easements, charges and liens (sometimes referred to as "covenants and restrictions”) hereinafter set forth, which covenants and restrictions are intended to run with the land:

4th of July

We are getting prepared for the 4th of July. As always, we need volunteers both the day of the event and for event planning. We need donations of prizes for our contests, donations for food and beverages and general donations to help support the event. We also need a local restaurant to take part in the eating challenge. If you are interested/know anyone interested/know a local restaurant owner, please contact  4thofJuly@aurorashores.com.

ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE NEWS
Please be advised that free standing pools are subject to approval by the Architectural Review Board and the Homeowners Board of Trustees before being put up next Spring/Summer. These structures need to be in compliance with Aurora or Reminderville statutes as well before being brought before the Architectural review board. Violations will be subject to fines in the future.
We will not be having Architectural Committee meetings during the winter months. The next meeting will be April 11, 2012. If you have any questions or need plans approved over the winter, please contact the Homeowners office at (330) 562-3443.
